Calls about storage bookings and questions were piling up for a small team.
What we built
What we built
We built a Twilio phone server that streams call audio over WebSockets, transcribes it with Whisper, answers with a GPT-4 agent and speaks the reply back with text-to-speech. A mock Twilio server made it testable, and we set up CI/CD pipelines for the repositories.
