Care teams were juggling lab PDFs, wearable data and patient follow-ups across tools, so problems surfaced late.
What we built
What we built
We built the patient platform and its design system, AI lab import and metrics extraction, adherence tracking, an AI care agent using Oura data and HRV baselines, proactive messages over Twilio and a Fullscript integration, with OAuth, OTP and role-based access.
