Organisations wanted to pay out to large groups by phone number, even before recipients had a wallet.

What we built
We built an escrow smart contract with a Merkle tree for phone-number claims, CSV upload of recipients, and a dashboard for wallets and transfers, tested end to end with the Valora wallet.
