The challenge
Board and executive committees run on thousands of papers, minutes and past decisions. Preparing for a meeting meant reading through all of it by hand, and earlier decisions were easy to lose track of.
What we built
What we built
We designed and built an assistant that reads the committee archive, summarises papers ahead of each meeting, surfaces related past decisions, answers executives' questions with references to the source documents and keeps track of follow-ups, with shared memory so context carries across sessions. It was delivered in reviewed sprints from an onsite kickoff.
